The cups are absolutely beautiful but the straws being packaged on the outside of the cup for shipping purposes unfortunately is a bad idea. A number of the straws arrived completely smashed and now I’m scrambling to find replacement straws as this was for a rush paid order.

I have been sublimating mugs and tumblers but the hundreds. These are by far the worst I have used. I bought them and didn’t use them until recently as I used up other stock. The colors do not hold. The coating on them has a strange texture, and the colors are very faded after sublimation. I have used two separate presses, and even went as far as using heat shrink and the oven. Read reviews, and didn't see anything about the drink not working up to expectations, unfortunately mine does not, pictures say it should keep drinks hot/warm up to 6 hours, mine wont even keep my coffee warm for 2. It does keep drinks cold sitting in an office, but I'm not sure it would keep ice in the cup if I werent in a controlled environment. Love the design, the lid is very well spill proof, just very upsetting, that it doesn't keep my coffee even remotely warm for more than 1-2 hours (Max). ... show more

I bought these to personalize for my wedding party. Our colors are navy and gold. The are a great color blue for the guys and the ladies! Great quality. I saw that the straws were broken in other reviews. Mine were just fine. I think this is an awesome price for the quantity.
