I looked thru most of the reviews of the top sellers.I wanted a 36 wide cabinet so that narrowed it down a bit.Based on reviews and shipping weight I chose this one and have been very satisfied. 1 There was two boxes arrived by fed ex and they were well packed with foam sheets for protection. I had no shipping damage. 2 The directions were pretty straight forward and it went together fairly easy.The predrilled holes all lined up nicely and things fit together as they should 3 The shelves are reinforced with a strongback down the middle and the doors fit and close well door latch functions and locks Dont really have anything bad to say about it. Until now.I--------I liked the first cabinet I got so I ordered another one.But this time my order came in one box.-------I thought thats strange I must be missing a box.------So I contacted the seller customer service and they told me------ no this order ships in one box------I go how can that be my other one i got just two weeks earlier was shipped in two boxes.??????---------again no this order ships in one box------ So I say -----what you are saying is the very exact cabinet I just bought two weeks earlier that shipped in two boxes is now shipped in one box the exact same size as one of my boxes in my two box order.???? I already told him either Im missing a box or this is the wrong cabinet.-------no no this order ships in one box he says So he finally admits That this is NOT the same cabinet I ordered .The one I ordered he says is out of stock and they substituted another cabinet same size and dinesions and color but from a different Chinese factory.-----alll without my knowledege I was thinking I was getting the same cabinet I ordered the first time.--------------Now this might not be too bad if he was up front with me to begin with and the cabinet I received is just as good or better than the first one But even so is it going to match the first cabinet I bought?----Im not going to find out Im sending it back------------I wish they just would have told me "This specific model is out of stock,but we have another vendor with the same size color cabinet would you like to order that one instead: How would you like that?-----------Whats the problem yeah its not the cabinet you ordered but hey its a cabinet.------I Its the same size and black we just stuffed in a box half the size of the other one you got.-----Its all good right????------ no----no its not

Clearly this product is one of the cheapest kinds available on the internet, and so its quality to some extent is in proportion to its pricing. Metal sheets used in making are maleable to external force and can twist and turn ... so it should be handled with care. While assembling, I found that some of the screws started moving freely near max position so I would recommend buyers to not tighten screws hard nearing maximum friction. Metal sheet is soft so after a limit screw would start slipping. Manufacturer can add a small hard metal strip over these holes to solve this problem. Assembling was not a happy process for me as it was unraveling the quality and design issues (gaps and stretches) of this product but once assembling was completed product looked good, handling is good and it serves the purpose.

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day. It was on sale however after paying shipping I still paid almost $200. We received it and opened the box and most of the parts were bent to the point we had to manipulate to pieces to even fit. The top portion of the shelf didn’t even have screw holes to hold the top on. We had to do those ourself. It was extremely hard to put together due to the fact the pieces were bent. For the price I feel like this was very poorly made. Due to the fact it would be a pain to send back we will end up keeping it and probably won’t receive a refund. I wouldn’t buy this if I had a chance to do it over again. If you purchase this product I would def. open the box carefully and inspect each piece before even trying to put it together or better yet save your self the time and go to the store to purchase a cabinet that’s better quality.

Pretty much sums it up. For the most part, it's a great buy. Easy to assemble (although some of the instructions took a little figuring out) but overall not too bad. We put it together, lock and all, but a few hours later when we added stuff to the shelves, when we closed the door, the side wall started bowing out meaning it wasn't sealed shut like we wanted when the door was closed. Considering we got this to store things like our bike helmets from spiders in the garage, this was important to me. Not really sure what happened, we honestly did not have much weight in there, just sorting equipment. I've reached out to customer service who are unable to replace the side piece but offered to apply to replace the whole thing. I'm not sure what they meant by apply but as of right now it's unconfirmed, so my review reflects that. If you're not like me and worried about spiders nesting in your helmet, then these work fine, especially for the price. But the metal does seem thin (which would be fine if not for the issue).

I ordered two of the black 72" cabinets. I will say that the shipping of the items left them worse for wear but that is on the shipping company. The seller ships them in boxes that even have metal frames at the top and bottom of package to help keep everything together. Shipping still found a way to mess it up. Both cabinets had some bent areas. Luckily, they weren't bad to use a soft mallet to bend those areas back into place. Instructions were good - but as someone else mentioned in their review, there are A LOT of screws that go into it. I ended up using a drill and knocked the build time down by like 70% after that. The biggest issue I came across was one of the boxes did not have the handle piece in it. I reached out to the seller - they were very responsive and got a replacement handle sent to me within a week so very pleased with that experience. Overall, decent quality at a great price, not too hard to build (if you have patience and a drill), and if you should need customer service, at least they are good about that.

Had our “pantry” in the garage on shelves. Stuff got dusty and dirty and my wife hated it. Bought 3 of these and now everything is clean and just like she bought it off the grocery shelf. She loves them! Shelves have plenty of adjustability. More than enough capacity for what we’re using it for. They look very nice. Assembly takes some doing, but if you have any mechanical ability and can follow directions, you won’t have an issue. Definitely going to be buying more.
