    • Unusually good wallet with just one flaw

My old Pelle Studio wallet was 10 years old and pretty beat-up from such a tough life in my back pocket, but I've been extremely happy with it, so for the last year or two I've been searching for replacements online and even buying some, only to return them. This time around I scoured Amazon for quality wallets that seemed to have the same design as my Pelle, and bought three to get a closer look at them. This turned out to be the best of the three, which surprised me because the other two were full-grain leather while this one is "merely" top-grain leather, and yet this wallet felt the most quality of the three. The design overall is very good but just wasn't quite good enough to keep. Like my Pelle it is a bifold with a third center flap that has a window for the driver license plus more credit card slots on the other side. But where the Pelle comes out ahead is it has a thumbprint-size hole in the window that makes it easy to slide the driver license out, which this wallet lacks -- unfortunately, many times places want to "see my ID" they make me remove it from the wallet, so the lack of a hold in the window is an inconvenience. This wallet has one extra row of credit card slots compared to my Pelle, which I expected to be an advantage, but overall I would say it isn't worth the extra size. In particular, this wallet's ID card holder is needlessly big and has leftover wasted space at the top, with ID card slot opening being on the top. My Pelle, in contrast, has the ID card slot opening on the left (facing in) and is perfectly sized for a driver license. So, it's nice to have an extra three credit card slots, but overall I would say the smaller Pelle design is better. But, Stealth Mode does make a good wallet, and I hope they come out with something more like the Pelle design I have now. ... show more

I don't usually write reviews but I absolutely love this wallet. I have alot of cards and hate the wallets where the extra card holders can easily be taken out of the wallet so this one seemed ideal. I first bought one in 2020 and i fell in love with it. The quality is great, the personalized notes and aesthetic of the packaging is wonderful customer service and the wallet fits everything in it so comfortable. I ordered another in 2023 to get the lighter brown one and it lives up the same expectations while looking so professional! The RFID lining absolutely works as well where as before I could scanned building cards from outside my wallet and now it wouldn't work which is proof that the layer of protection is there. 10/10 Recommend ... show more

If you are considering a wallet, I highly recommend the Stealth Mode leather wallet. It is very compact, made with excellent leather and it has enough room to accommodate 15 cards. (13 visible and 2 hidden side card pockets). When it arrived, it was packaged in a box, and the wallet was also placed in a protective bag to keep the finish from being scuffed or damaged during shipping. I am very impressed with the quality and the room to carry 15 cards. It also has a currency pocket that can accommodate a pretty substantial amount of cash. Overall, this wallet is thin enough to carry in a front pocket if you chose, and the material and craftmanship is 2nd to none at this price. I have always needed a “higher capacity” wallet since I not only have personal cards but I also have a few company credit cards that I carry. Having 12 slots for cards and a couple extra hidden slots are very convenient for me. The wallet comes packaged neatly in a small box, wrapped and protected for shipping. The wallet itself is made from high quality materials. I could have bought some cheap $9 wallet that would have lasted a year or two if I’m lucky. For just north of $30 this wallet is worth every penny. An added benefit is the RFID blocker which, sadly, is needed nowadays. I bought two colors brown and black and both is very nice texture, size and capacity. I am not sure how to test the RFID blocking and maybe the people at Stealth Mode can get back to me.
