  • Replacement for flowers
Crazy cute, different gift due to hospital requirement not to bring flowers to daughters room. Placed ot in window not seeing anything while visiting. But the next day daughter call saying she woke to an amazing ray of beautiful colors! 😍 If had to do over would have gotten bigger one!

  • Very cool prism but product pictures could use updating...
This prism is VERY cool and I am very happy with it. My only beef is that while the product description does give it's dimensions with a warning that it is small, the product PICTURE shows a prism FAR larger than this. The open hand holding the prism in their palm is highly inaccurate. It is no where near that big. ... show more

  • Good glass quality
This split light very effectively from a class 4 laser allowing advanced optical sensors to be deployed. A very good product!

  • Great gift for physics majors/science teachers
Yes, it is small, yes, it is slightly more expensive for a piece of glass than you'd expect. However, the glass is a high quality, optics grade glass meant for scientific demonstrations, not necessarily as a desk knick knack. I got this for my girlfriend who is a physics major with an interest in optics, and she's gotten a kick out of inspecting the way it interacts with light and looking at the internal reflections. The prism is made up of four pieces of glass. ... show more

  • ALWAYS COME SCRATCHED
I purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it arrived in a beautiful box but upon opening the box it was scuffed all along the sides. I figured I would return it for a replacement even though it then arrived well after Christmas. When the replacement arrived, it too was scuffed all along the sides in line patterns, which says to me that it has to do with their manufacturing or shipping process. We kept it the second time because, I think he didn’t want me to feel bad about it and he likes it. The cube is SUPER cool. So it’s a shame the company would allow for these to be flippin’ destroyed before they’re shipped. I still gave it 3 stars. I REALLY WISH I could give it the 5 it deserves but not with such a quality control failure. ... show more
