I had a great experience with the Apprentice Doctor Simulation Kit and their customer service. The first practice arm I received was giving me problems, and I was worried because I was preparing for my phlebotomy certification. I contacted customer support, and Stefan went above and beyond to help me. He quickly arranged for a replacement arm, and the new one worked much better. Thanks to Stefan's outstanding customer service and the replacement kit, I was able to get the practice I needed and successfully pass my phlebotomy certification sticks. As a pharmacist and phlebotomy student, I purchased this kit expecting a realistic training experience. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The IV pole arrived without the stand/base required to support it. The product materials clearly show a complete IV pole setup, yet I received only the pole itself. This made it impossible to use as intended and forced me to improvise during practice sessions. In addition, I experienced several functional issues that appear consistent with complaints made by other purchasers. Blood flow was unreliable, components did not function properly, and the overall quality was far below what I expected for a product costing approximately $119 USD. Because I live outside the United States, I also had to spend additional money purchasing replacement parts locally just to make the kit somewhat usable. Returning the item would have cost even more, making the situation even more frustrating. After reading other reviews, I discovered that I am not the only customer who experienced missing parts, faulty components, poor blood flow simulation, and quality control issues. This suggests that my experience was not an isolated incident. For the price, I expected a complete, functional training kit. Instead, I received a product that required additional purchases and significant workarounds to use. I cannot recommend this product. I attempted to resolve this matter directly through Amazon before leaving this review, but unfortunately we were unable to reach a satisfactory solution. As a result, I feel it is important to share my experience so that other buyers can make an informed decision.

This kit has everything you need to practice sticks. The rubber veins are hard to find in certain places which is just kind what you’ll experience in real life.

Not super easy to use. It doesn't function super well.. I thought it'd be better than it is but it is still OK. I wouldn't spend that much on a product like this though. I was expecting a little better.
