The set comes with quite a few materials. Fluids, stands, injection practice target pad. Good quality tool for phlebotomy or nursing students to practice with or to be used in a clinical setting to help educate.     • A lifesaver for teaching!
As an infusion nurse, it is hard to always find other nurses who have these skills. I have began training nurses who come onto my unit with how to draw blood start an IV as well as do a picc line dressing change. This Demi nurse works very well and is very lifelike. I was impressed with his quality from my first encounter with it and it makes mini things make much more sense to the nurse who has not done a lot of IVs or picc line dressing changes. I work in two locations and plan to buy a second one to have at that location so that I don’t have to keep carrying the one back-and-forth between the two sites.
