I got the 24 oz charcoal. It looks and feels simple and sturdy. The lid works well - pours easily, doesn't leak, and seems like it will last. I have not tested the carrying loop (metal square) on the hinge, but it seems like you could clip it to something and have it stay there well enough. I tested how well it keeps water hot while sitting closed in my room: time temp start 198 1 hr 179 4 hr 165 11 hr 119 For me, 165 is still dang hot and 119 is lukewarm, so while I didn't take a measurement at 8 hours, the claim of "up to 8 hours" might actually mean "about 8 hours" as we would like to hope. The unassuming, mildly industrial design carries a certain elegance - a quiet accompaniment to the quality craftsmanship which clearly holds Stanley's focus.

First and foremost, I'm not a Stanley fan (except for their pint glasses), I purchased this bottle because it was dishwasher safe and didn't need a straw and let me say it has exceeded my expectations. The durability of the bottle is great, it has been through the dishwasher several times and has not faded and the coating is not chipping or bubbling, also this bottle can take a beating. It's on the outside of my backpack everyday being tossed around and has not scratched or dented yet. The locking cap is one of the best features, the cap never opens by accidentally getting bumped because of this and it never leaks! Plus I know that the area I drink from is clean because the cap can never come off. Definitely would recommend!

I'm extremely happy with the Stanley quick flip 24 oz bottle. Highly recommend if you are on the go as the bottle is non drip and the attached clip easily accommodates a piton attached to my backpack. No more dropping my bottle from my backpack when bending over to retrieve objects. The top has a secure clip so no accidentally flipping the top open. The drink opening fits perfectly to my mouth so I don't dribble like happens with other bottles. I was skeptical about the popularity of Stanley bottles, but no more! I will definitely purchase this product again.

I use this bottle for carrying water. I fill it with ice and water and the ice stays for a long time. My only complaint is that after using the bottle for a month the push tab to flip the lid up keeps getting stuck so you have to play with it to get the top to pop open. It doesn’t happen all the time but enough to be aggravated with.

This thermos performs its function just as described. It will keep liquids cold over 24 hours if ice has been added into the liquid. I have not tried the validity of the hot capability yet.
