I consider these kinds of screens disposable, so I don't care about durability or ease of cleaning. I bought these after the original screen in my vaporizer had gotten so clogged with resin it was barely usable. I tried cleaning it with some limited success, the realized that it wasn't worth my time or effort to do so. Bought these, and when one gets too dirty, I throw it out and put in another.
