I like the desk, but there were chips in the desktop, one on the top face right at the front of the desk (see picture) and another underneath on the edge of the back slab. Also, some of the screw holes for the long support bracket didn’t align very well during installation and one of the bolts got pretty stripped out before it finally secured. There’s noticeable flexing in the desktop if you lean on it, due to a small 1cm gap between the board and the support bracket. I fixed this by wedging two of the extra rubber O-rings provided between the desktop and the support bracket. If I didn’t need it immediately to WFH, I probably would have returned for a replacement or refund. The electric motor works well, and besides the chips it is a nice looking desk. Update: the seller reached out to me and offered a full replacement or partial refund, which I think is fair. I didn’t feel like putting another desk together and figuring out what to do with the extra, so I took the partial refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. I’ve updated my rating to 4/5 to reflect my experience ... show more

    • Parts not made correctly, beams connecting legs conflict, resulting in wobble
The media could not be loaded. The thin metal beam connecting the legs together and the black bar that also connects them conflict with each other. If the beam is extended all the way, the legs are both sturdy. BUT, that means that the screws in the black bar won't line up. Resulting in wobble. It's just not made correctly, tried different things. The screwdriver they provide also cannot even finish the job as it strips. Just a huge waste of time.
