Works well enough. Not a great fit, and seems that you'd need to remove handle to 'install' the cover, as opposed to just putting a slot for the handle to pass through. But it definitely improves functionality in cold weather. I like the magnets to hold in somewhat in place. Overall a good purchase & happy with it.

Fits perfect and definitely reduces heat loss. 2 drawbacks are magnets are not very strong for holding to shell of grill and you have to physically hold the lid open otherwise it was close on you.

I love this product. I am using my grill for a number of functions, replacing what I used to use my oven for. Using the grill insulation blanket keeps my grill working efficiently during the winter. Love this product.

Fit is okay. The magnets made for an easy install but the lid is difficult to keep open now.

I got a GMG Davey Crockett smoker for Christmas and was itching to use it. I bought this cover instead of the GMG branded one because I could get it quicker (the GMG version was actually a bit less expensive). Since then, I have done smokes with the weather in the teens with no issues maintaining temperature. If you smoke year-round, the cover is probably a necessity and will likely pay for itself in pellet savings. I'd consider leaving it on year-round, but the cover makes it hard to keep the lid open when tending to the food. This is the only real drawback I've found with it.
