I wasn't expecting to like this so much, but it's just so easy. I have straight black Asian hair. It's medium length and very thick, but ponytails on me still always look really limp. I figured I'd try this hair piece even though I was worried the wavy texture wouldn't blend well, but it actually works great. The color is a good match for my hair; up close you can see a subtle difference but I think it's mostly the texture. The hairpiece is very black and has kind of a shiny synthetic hair finish but the wavy texture helps disguise it and it's not obvious at all from further away. I think the wavy texture is quite versatile, it covers and blends with my straight hair very easily. This hairpiece is not very long but has a lot of volume. I can clip it right at the top of my ponytail and it just covers my hair, there's no effort needed at all to hide or blend my hair. The clip is small, about 1.5 inches long, and there's a small hairnet space so if you have thin hair in a small bun or pony you could tuck it in. My hair is way too thick for that so I just make a ponytail and clip it at the top. The most obvious clue this is a hairpiece is right at the top where it might separate from your hair a bit. You could hold it together better with some bobby pins or camouflage it with a bow, like the very cute included one. The TL:DR is that this is very much a clip and go hairpiece. It's so easy to use and gives a beautiful full ponytail with little effort. Definitely recommend it to take your lazy girl hair up a level.

I ordered this hair piece for my daughter to try. She is in the process of growing out a short cut and her hair is only long enough for a stubby pony tail. The hair piece was packaged well. It came wrapped in a hairnet so it was not tangled. The package also contained a large hair bow, a few bobby pins, 2 hair ties, and a wide toothed comb. The hair piece has a nice, soft feel. It is slightly wavy. It attaches with a claw clip and is very easy to use. My daughter’s hair is a dark/dirty blonde. We ordered the mixed blonde color and the hair piece is slightly darker than her hair. It does have some lighter highlights, but I would say it leans more toward a brown color. Overall, we are very pleased.

This is such a nicely made hairpiece. The synthetic hair is some of the most realistic hair I've seen on affordable pieces like this one. The texture is wavy and matches my natural hair texture well. The piece attaches via a small mesh dome that you can wrap around a bun, then secure with the claw-style clamp below. Or, just clamp directly. I tried it both ways and found it was less heavy and pulled less when I clamped it over my high ponytail. The piece is a little too heavy for me to wear in a lower ponytail. Wearing it up high takes off the pressure. It comes with a comb, a packet of bobby pins and hair elastics, and an absolutely adorable bow. (If I were younger I'd wear the bow in public - as it stands I'm just wearing it around the house for fun and will eventually give it to my niece). The extra goodies are a thoughtful touch from the vendor. The bow really does make it easy to clamp this piece in just right as the bow's fabric disguises where you attached it. Only drawback is that I made a poor color choice - Medium Brown Ash Blonde. Most hairpieces don't come in reddish shades, and if they do they tend to be monotone. Light brown with blonde highlights usually blends fairly well into my reddish hair, which looks different in every type of lighting and photograph. Definitely more ash blonde with only a little light brown, looking very gray. The gray is exaggerated when pictured against my natural hair color. It's still really pretty but because I made a bad choice I'll likely just use this for nighttime and outdoor venues where the color won't be as obvious. Highly recommended as a very affordable, high quality, easy to use product.

This ponytail extension is very nice. It has a curl in it and it is easy to add to your own pulled up hair. My daughter has long and straight hair on the thinner side. This extension really gives her look a boost. She does not wear it very often, but it has given her another option for a look.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the extras with this hair piece. The oversized, black and white checked bow is super cute. It has a large clip that attaches securely. Also included is a small package of bobby pins and a hair tie. The hairpiece itself is a natural looking black color...not overly shiny. It seemed, however to get tangled easily. I used the included wide tooth comb to ease the flyaway look, but it didn't really help. Maybe I'll try a little hair oil. I do like the claw clip which attaches well and feels secure.
