Kudos to the maker of the video (3:35). No need to repeat. All points brought out visually worth repeating. Check it out. Learn all nuances. This said, for our purposes this nugget is ideal. Renovating a two story vintage property requires lots of tools and constant projecting at the moment. For the price and options this storage system is ideal. At the moment using to organize anything and everything on the second floor used to update the office. Not all tools fit as there were many like a planet and other larger power tools. But, all the miscellaneous like blades, scraper, paint gear, etc. plus a few power tools small enough this is a huge score. This is not a man box for rugged construction building unless you’re aware of the potential weak spots. For this price point and capability to maintain some sense of tool pr craft hoarding in one wheelable space. This is my new besty. With the amount of tools and four levels to the house it’s a possibility ordering a second set if the price stays. The basement is where the shop is. But there’s three floors above and we’re often outside building or working on something. For now, second floor is tidying up. Easy to transport gear back to the basement shelves. I’m aware this system has some nuances they can break if mishandled. For the majority of people who treat this gem like a pro for its lifetime can see it working indefinitely. As noted in the video, bottom container isn’t designed for heavy lifting of lots of tools. Keep it light or use two hands to lift. Not the handle. The other notable, when moving using the wheels and handle go slow if it’s full. Flat surface floor ideal. The tricky spots are connecting the sides to the top container. At the base of each side move the catch out. Same goes for the red doohickey that connects the handle to help wheel this beast around. If ya didn’t watch the video the other user made with 3:35 hopefully this helps for a quick run through. Most people have loose stuff around if we’re creative or projecting on vintage properties. This is a GREAT tool box at a GREAT price. I work on the road as an IT professional, I wanted something that I could use as a general purpose "everything I typically need" tool kit, and here it is. PROs: - The unit breaks into 3 seperate units, this means I can break it down and place it in the back seat of my car without laying it sideways. I have expensive tools, and I don't want to just have them tossed around inside of the unit. Note, the bottom piece is a little larger as the handle is attached to it and it may need to lay on it's back if space is limited. - Everything is accessable without breaking the unit down - The wheels and handle seem sturdy enough... Time will tell. - It feels stable with the drawers open, does not feel like it will tip over. - The latches that hold everything to together are metal, and they feel very firm when the unit is put together. - It is a good size for my needs. - Overall, it feels like it is well built for my needs. CONs: - Using this on stairs is NOT easy. In my case, if I am going up / down stairs I actually break it down, carry it, and then put it back together... Luckly, the actual break down and reassembly is very quick. It's just the hassle of multiple trips. - There is no built in latch for the lower two cabinets, the top one has two metal latches. There is holes that can be used to put a lock or poll of some sort through each of the 3 drawers, but nothing built into the unit will keep the lower two shut. This arrived incredibly fast! I literally ordered it on a Sunday and got it on Monday. The construction is great, the wheels make a very smooth drive. It's super easy to take apart and put back together. I recommend a lock for the middle compartment because when driving around it tends to slide open. The bottom drawer doesn't stay open on it's own, but it also doesn't open when driving because of the type of drawer that it is (but there is a place to add a lock to this drawer if needed which is a nice feature). The reason I bought this tool chest is unconventional, my husband is a singer in a band and was getting frustrated carrying around an unorganized, heavy bag. I told him we'd check some alternative options and wanted to have something with wheels, because he carries a bunch of stuff, and walking from the parking lot can be a short trip or a really long trip. This happened to be the best price for the best quality and he loves it. The top compartment has a tool shelf that is removable, so underneath he stores all his back up stuff, because it's annoying to have to hold the shelf to search through the bottom compartment, so it's just easier to not have to go into that part as often. In the tool shelf he carries lots of little things like business cards, pens, cough drops, heros (ear plugs), etc. In the middle compartment he carries all his main stuff because this is the most easily accessible, his ipad even fits in there with a case on. And the bottom compartment holds all his wires. He's happy, I'm happy, I think this toolbox will last a long time. ... show more

This is good enough for what I needed. Holds quite a bit. Not exactly heavy duty but then it will be sitting in one place most of the time. The wheels are a little to small for me but I'm not wheeling it over rough ground. Just need a place to hold tools. Lid folds back and is hinged. Nice touch.
