I did read the dimensions, but was still surprised, so I thought I would take a picture for scale. Granted, these should work great for when I do cakes! They are nearly perfectly offset and very sturdy, but I did give them a little bit more bend to satisfy the offset to my personal liking, to which it had its shape well. I have little doubt that these will last me a long time.

These 3 large offset spatulas cost about the same as a single tiny one I bought previously. I used the medium and large ones when making cinnamon rolls and I was able to spread the filling and icing in no time. If you bake you will get a lot of use out of these.
