I purchased this because it had a juice catching bottom. It's easy to use, does its job well and stores in a small space where it is esthetically pleasing to the eye. I recommend it to anyone who needs an inexpensive, yet attractive manual juicer that really works well.

When you push the fruit onto it, it makes a popping noise like flimsy metal being pushed a certain way. When you let up it springs back with the same noise. For the money it’s a good deal. I’d still recommend it

    • Drain hole design not optimal
I finally had to replace my grandmother's juice squeezer when the connection point between the handle and the juicer gave way. This Gogocow manual juicer has a charming brand name and is made of stainless steel and without a handle, so it can't break. It goes in the dishwasher and comes out very clean with no problems. However, it has an unfortunate design flaw, one that appears to be not uncommon among this type of product. The drain holes are circular, and they immediately get clogged with citrus pulp, so the juice fails to drain to the bowl below. You have to manually press around the pan of the juicer to push on the holes to get the juice to drain through. My old juicer, and some manual juicers I see on Amazon, have drain holes that are slot shaped. This shape works much better and I would recommend that you purchase one of those instead.
