  • More than just a beginner guitar!
This is definitely the most affordable guitar I have ever purchased, but make no mistake, I’m not a beginner guitarist and I love this guitar! A lot of snobs on YouTube like to take this guitar apart and immediately replace the pickups and the pots, etc. but I found everything to function perfectly well the pickups sound great. The tuners work well and I didn’t get any fret buzz on the fretboard. My only criticisms are minor: the neck and frets feel a little rough and the string trees on the headstock appear to be bent and a little crooked. Other than that, this is a great guitar that sounds great right out of the box. ... show more

WONDERFUL GUITAR! Isn’t a tiny mini like I thought it would be. Was pretty darn close to a full guitar size which was a great positive. The finish in the Guitar is beautiful and the sound that comes from it is even better! No wonder Kurt Cobain loved the inexpensive Mustang. So easy to play for younger beginner kids or those with smaller hands. I wasn’t disappointed at all!! ... show more

  • Nice little Mustang!!
Out of the box, Looks awesome, Love the Lake Placid blue with the competition stripe! Frets were fine with no real sprout on the edges, Satin feel neck, Pickups are lacking but took to my luthier and had that fixed with a Duncan distortion put in the bridge and also do a complete setup on it. She’s perfect now , Had 10s put on and she ROCKS!! ... show more

  • Nice Little Guitar....
Been a while since I sold off all my gear, found myself wanting something simple and affordable to make a little noise with. I have to say I am very happy with this guitar. Fit and finish were great, and was pleasantly surprised with the weight, too. Sounds good, looks great...two thumbs up!

  • My new favorite guitar!
I've been playing this guitar for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. The sound is really good, it's the lightest guitar I've ever owned, and it feels like it's really well made.

  • It's a fender guitar
This is the second fender I've ever owned the first was a sunset burst stratocaster it feels lighter than the strat still just as fun to play. It's a little bigger in the body then the strat's.

  • Awesome guitar for beginners
Great guitar, perfect size for a teen or beginner. It plays well and is really pretty too.

  • Sharp fret ends
I really liked the guitar. Except the fret ends were the sharpest, worst cut fret ends I've ever felt on any guitar in my life. So I returned it through adorama because I was trying to do an exchange. They can't do an exchange because of the Amazon contract. It's been a week since they have received the item and I still haven't got my refund to Amazon. I am not happy. ... show more
