This is a nice looking bass for what it cost. Seems to be well made and sounds good through my 500 hundred watt Fender Rumble amp. Just be aware it will need a set up. The string saddles were adjusted all the way up from the factory. There are lots of videos on You Tube showing exactly how to do it with basic tools. I'm happy with it. ... show more

My husband loves the weight of this bass! But it came damaged. We are going to keep it cause he afraid he won’t get the same weight again. But definitely need to package these better for shipping. Bummed!!!

The bass sounds fine and plays fine, but there were two huge issues that made me return it. 1. Poor craftsmanship The gap between the body and the neck was huge, and the neck seemed to be done very poorly, with parts of the neck with rough spots. 2. Biohazard? There were dark spots on the neck, which was fine, but the truss rod hole had mold or something in it, which was disgusting. I was probably just unlucky for reason 1 and got a bass from a poorly constructed batch, but the mold or whatever was unacceptable. Since the bass is sold and shipped by Amazon (not directly from Fender), I'm sort of suspecting that Amazon was trying to pass off an old and used product as new? Not really sure though... ... show more
