Resistance band. Very versatile because it give you the options to attach to different gym machines. Be mindful this only includes the resistance band.

Unlike other bars that I've purchased for a more stable workout, the others couldn't withstand the pull and would bend. With this bar, not only can it withstand the pull of the different similar weighted bands but it doesn't bend while using. The bar itself does have some weight to it which also helps when it comes to using while working out. I've been able to use gloves while using and even without wearing gloves and no matter with or without, the bar doesn't feel as though it's slipping from my hands. The bar attaches really easily and when I need to to detach it, I don't feel as though I'm struggling to get it unhooked. The bar stores away in my closet without taking up much space. One of my kids is starting to work out and to help with lifting, they started lifting this bar on it's own and it seems to be helping them with proper gripping and handling. Love that this bar has a multipurpose and works great with my board too. ... show more

This bar is a necessity for complementing the Squatz Apollo Board fitness machine. It has a foam covering and even rotates freely akin to a conventional oly barbell. Well designed product and great company!
