This is great for the outdoors!!! We have various rivers you can go fishing on, and this adds that next level of adventure to fishing!!! The guys needed something else to add the experience and seem to be having fun with this one! Great price for what you get!

The whole kit is pretty nice, but I can't help but wish it was made of aluminum instead of plastic. It can be difficult to aim something like this if the chassis flexes when you shoot it. I may put a better reel on it, as the included reel maxes out at 10 lbs, so you might take bluegill with it, but you probably won't be taking any northern pike, at least not on the included reel. Is it perhaps a pipe dream to imagine taking a northern pike with this? Perhaps. But dream big, I always say. In my mind, I can imagine myself taking a spawning salmon out of a clear Alaskan river in mid-jump as he leaps out of the river. Of course, first I have to get to the point I can hit...well, anything. It's a bit different than most slingshots, so it'll take some getting used to this one. In all, it's pretty decent for the money, and one good thing is being modular you can upgrade it just by swapping out the light or reel or the bands...4 stars, and recommend as something new and fun to try.

This is a neat new toy. The arm/handle feels like cheaply made plastic but its holding up so far. The reel is simular to the ole Zebco 33. The price is not currently shown, but this is a fun new toy that any outdoorsman would enjoy playing with. Bird hunting sounds fun, or about any critter, I see more than just fish on the line lol

Remember making a slingshot with a rubber band and your fingers when you were a kid? I sure do. This is a serious version of the slingshot, with practical applications available. The kit includes everything to start your slingshot fishing journey, with instructions for set up. Also included are steel bbs which are great since they will eventually rust and disappear. I can see this being used for target practice, hunting small rodents and pests, or other hunting alternative. Would be a great gift for the hunter, fisherman, or outdoor enthusiast in your life.

I have this assembled and have tried to get sighted in better with it, but it definitely will take me more practice before even trying to go after a fish. For now I am trying to use my crossbow target to get better with it. and to be honest I miss the target about half the time shooting this. It is not very accurate, but that could also just be me. I have tried for a few days to get more practice. However I just end up getting frustrated with it and put it down for a little while, then try again later. I fish and hunt using rifle and crossbow. I am familiar with sighting things in. This is just something that I will need to get more practice with to be confident.
