Yes the laser is useless unless shooting at night or indoors. Yes the slingshot is made of composite plastic. But the sights are surprisingly accurate you get 5 extra bands and a belt holster all for 10$. That's a great value just buy this and toss the laser.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It seemed more accurate, functional and strong seeing the videos. It is very weak and the sight does not connect to the handle. The sight's connection is round the slot on the handle is square.

First impression a little small and all plastic gave it a try anyway my hands are not small wear large size gloves but this really feels good in my hand a very solid built I have several frames but I find myself shooting this in place of more expensive and big name frames like it a lot. I make my own bands 50 mm thick 20 12 mm taper 6.50 inches long Only down side the sights don't work for me use the corner of frame to aim ... show more

The bands are pretty thin but they hold up well. The fork is pretty nice, and feels good in the hand. For the price, they could have made the fork out of a better material but after a couple of fork hits it hasn't broken yet. The other things it comes with are nice.

Where to start. It's plastic and feels very fragile. The sights have to be practically hammered in. The predrilled sight screw holes had residue stuck inside and in the sight groove. Had to jam the screws in. Laser did not come with the nut piece as advertised and was too big for laser screw hole. Doesn't have instructions on how to assemble the sights only the bands. Over all not impressed and if it breaks will just get a different product entirely. ... show more

    • What a product, No expensive gun ranges! Slingshots easy, fun to use, accurate upto about 30 yards.

If you like target shooting, but don't like expenses involved with the high ammo costs, as well as, facilities cost at ranges, this is what you've been looking far! Super inexpensive. I'd suggest getting proficient at 10' to 20' first; and, then, look to extend out to 100'. I made a target with a rear metal plate to let me know that I hit the target. Saves ammo too, since it can be immediately be reused. By the way, if some varmits get in your attic, shoot moth balls into the far reaches. They hate it, and they'll be gone almost immediately! ... show more
