This is a great little peeler. I have used it on potatoes, apples, and ginger root. Works like a charm. I also have an expensive Cutco peeler. This one works just as well. I just wish I would have ordered it in color. I meant to and then forgot. Oh well, I am very satisfied at this point.

This Is The Best Vegetable Peeler I've Ever Used. First Rate Construction and easy to grip. The blade is Super Sharp and does a Great Job. My only criticism is there weren't any instructions on how to take the blade guard off of the blade. Sounds dumb, doesn't it? With the guard being clear plastic I had to take an assessment of just exactly what I needed to do to remove it. . . . Safely. Once I established how it was affixed to the blade, it came right off. I'm old enough to know that this is the kind of thing where I could end up cutting myself easily. It seems so simple but then, OUCH. All in All, I'm Very Happy I bought this and doubt that I would ever buy a different one if the need arises. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you give it a go. Best Regards, Russ ... show more
