Got this on prime day for a great deal. I am a 34 DD and got a medium. It gives enough support that I don’t need anything underneath it in the cups given as shit. I wouldn’t wear for anything high intensity but I wear when I go to the gym and just do weights and like cardio like walking

I ordered this in XS and was so happy to find that the padding was removable and that my breasts weren't cut in half by the line of the fabric like many sports bras. The top is super flattering and holds the girls in perfectly. It's stretchy material but still tight enough to provide support.
