This cricket set facilitated a fun introduction on my block. The set works very well on an asphalt street and could be used on a reasonably level yard surface. The tennis balls included in the set have a raised mid-ball felt to give blowers a feel for the ball and an opportunity to put some spin on it. The bat weight is light enough for younger players but heavy enough for older players to sense firmness and durability. Teens and adults can hit the ball with satisfying but not overly long travel for the street or backyard (usually less than 70 feet.) No problem with the product itself. Bat and wickets looks good quality and strong enough however the disappointment is that I got an used piece. The bag/sack was very much worn out when took it out of the box (it got tear on the side as well, picture enclosed). Only the bat and ball came in a sealed cover. The sack, wickets, base box are all seem used. Didn't got for returning as the kids are already excited after seeing the kit in the playground (which is where I unboxed to surprise them) and don't want to hold them off for return and wait another week to get an replacement. I wish seller would be mindful of their shipments and do not mix the returns with the new ones... atleast bother to check the condition before shipping. ... show more
