Therefore I assume that they run true to size. But they are also made with tremendous care and are of an unbelievably high quality given the very reasonable price. They are comfortable, never make one feel warm, and they remain wrinkle free. they hold up extremely well to washing. AND THEY LOOK GREAT ON! I was complimented on my shirt the very first day that I wore one. But wait - there is more! The cut, the quality, the fabric, they all combine to make this shirt entirely appropriate for wearing casually or with business attire. On a very hot day I even wore the black version with a black suit to a funeral service, and I did not look out of place. This looked nice online but when it arrived, it seemed a little thinly made. I like the color, the 3 buttons but I wish the wicking material would be a little thicker. Hopefully, it lasts a while. I guess I'll wear it in the fall and spring more than during our upper Midwest winters.

I work in the pool industry, and I use the top during the winter. The fit of the shirt is a modern relaxed, meaning its not to tight nor to loose. I am 6'2", 200lbs and wear a Large. My sleeves will get wet, with the dri-fit material the shirt dries quickly. The material is quality and soft to the touch. I ordered the XS and it fits great. Most work shirts don't fit females well, this is flattering and thick enough that I don't need to wear an undershirt. Drawback is the cuffs. They're a bit tighter than I'd prefer but otherwise I love it. I ordered the XS as I'm usually a medium in women's.
