These 14 oz. Spode Christmas Tree Candy Cane Mugs are GORGEOUS, STURDY, AND LIGHTWEIGHT. They were shipped from the UK on 11/2/22 and I received them on 11/7/22. I live on the Northeast Coast. DHL did an Excellent job. DHL does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays in the US. All 4 mugs arrived in perfect condition. The mugs were in their own Spode Gift Box that had 4 sections with cardboard dividers. The mugs were not individually wrapped. This gift box was placed inside a cardboard shipping box with some brown paper to keep the gift box from moving around during shipping. I Highly Recommend These Mugs! ... show more

We love these mugs. The shape of the cup and handles are unusually comfortable and they hold the amount from the largest setting on our Keurig. We love them so much that we use them all year long! They were shipped from the UK. Unfortunately they were shipped by DHL and the package was smashed. The Spode packaging saved six of the eight mugs from breaking. This is not my first experience with poor handling and smashed boxes by DHL so I do not blame the Amazon packaging. ... show more

These are very nice mugs and my wife loved them; however, the handle on one mug was broken when we received it, even though no visible damage to external package. This is no big deal EXCEPT they are purchased in set of 4. I am unable to return for another same mug for " out of stock " message. I do not know if this is a true " out of stock " OR unable to replace as a single mug. Again, a very nice Christmas mug deserving 5 stars for quality of product. ... show more

The Spode Christmas Tree Candy Striped mugs are beautiful and match the Spde Christmas Tree Candy Striped tea pot. They are a good size and hold the heat of beverage well. The mugs were not well packed, one mug was broken on arrival.
