I used to use this EVOO exclusively years ago, then it disappeared from where I live, no idea why. Was thrilled to find it again. Like high quality homemade stock for soups, etc., this is an essential product for cooking. Taste is subjective, quality isn't.

This is the second can I've ordered. This oil is very light and almost tasteless. My mother hates olives but she loves this oil. When the doctor told my dad to "eat like a Greek" to avoid further heart attacks and strokes I went straight to Amazon and studied all the various Greek olive oils.
