I've had this one for almost a year and it's a well-designed piece with a soft textured insert that is easy to take apart to clean. As others have said, keep one cap on to make a bit of suction, although for me it feels a little short to keep the cap on (with my average length, it just covers my whole shaft, leaving my head out the top). It is good running it in the case, or for a little extra pressure, my wife takes out the insert for that extra bit of maneuverability and squeeze! I probably run it once or twice a month, and with the flipping inside out it has developed a small tear (it has not seemed to grow or affect the feel of the toy) Would totally recommend it
