We get together about once a week with my sister and her teenage/young adult kids. We usually play some kind of card game because it's quick and it's usually already late when she gets here after work. This was VERY simple to learn, which is a huge plus for me because who wants to spend half the time learning the game? It takes about maybe an hour, 45 minutes to play a round with 5+ players. The one thing we encountered was there's no rule for what to do if there's a tie so we usually just move on to the next one but it would be nice if there were a way to resolve a tie and the game might even go a little quicker. I love that the cards are easy to hold and conceal even when the whole crew is playing. I would definitely buy expansion packs for this game and have talked about making our own cards to tag people in because with teenagers, they're definitely "memeable." Really great game, especially for the price!! ... show more

You will need advil after playing this game from laughing so hard until your cheeks hurt or for a headache from all the screaming of answers and excitement! It is so much fun! It is Charades, Poetry for Neanderthal's, and Taboo all in one! Bonus you can make the "freestyle" anyting you want, I think next time we will make that one Pictionary. The game is easy to play, it calls for teams but we were uneven so changed it up and made scoring different. Very easy to make the game fit for what you want. I would suggest getting a timed buzzer as you get so into it and laugh so hard you forget to watch the hourglass timer. PS - The "dirty cards" are separate from the others so you don't have to play with them but they were HILARIOUS for girls night. ... show more

This game is a ton of fun, but you really only get the full experience when little kids aren't around. ALL of the 'adults only' cards are inappropriate, which makes sense, but then a bunch of the other cards also require giving a 16+ answer at the least. If you want to play with kids, definitely soft through the deck before playing and pull those cards out ... show more

Where on the Scale is such a unique twist to figure out how your friends feel about many topics and how well you truly know them. This quick card game has a very simple format in which you pick a scale card followed by a number card! As the reader and topic picker you now have to pick something you feel is that number on the scale... i.e. If you pull the card that reads "1 Tiny Snack - 10 Big Meal" with a 4 as your number with your scale. You would want to say something like Guac and Chips to get your friends to guess that the number that item is on the scale was only a 4. If your friends guess correctly or within one number of the number of the scale they receive points and so do you for giving them a great clue to guess "Where on the Scale" your topic is! It is super easy to learn and can be played with or without the adult expansion, making it kid and adult friendly! ... show more
