I ordered these apparent quality German-made glasses because of their 5 oz. capacity and deeper-looking flute. Due to poor quality packaging--attributable to both Spiegelau AND Amazon--the product arrived as shattered shards of glass. One allowed me to assess the quality as lightweight, cheaper feeling, thin glass, not the $10 per stem quality I thought I was purchasing. Steer clear of this garbage and DON'T order it online. The manufacturer itself thinks so little of this product they aren't willing to package it with any concern. See it local; buy it local. Online, it's the equivalent of cheap-a** junk. Why pay good money? I regret that I did and will seek a full refund. ... show more

I don’t want to go through the hassle of sending all of them back, so I can’t get a replacement. Plus I only need a single replacement, as the other three are just fine.
