For the low cost of these phone cases they are extremely durable. My kids have dropped my phone numerous times. It is very easy to remove for cleaning and put back on. I am not sure if it is waterproof or not but it has held up for a long time now. I like the clear backing too so you can actually see the color of your phone. Not like other cases that completely cover it. It is very slim and not bulky, so it fits nicely in pockets. Nice case, not a tight fit on the front screen protector tho. Make sure to open the charging port cover before you fully click the case together or you’ll never be able to open that flap

I tested the case in a sink full of water with tissue and everything went fine. Then I took my phone in this case into great wolf lodge and learned it wasn’t waterproof on a slide - the case was full of water. Best I can tell from how the water got in the case, I had kept the speaker cover in the open position since I bought it and only closed it to test it and then at the water park and for some reason it didn’t close all the way to seal it. So while most waterproof cases have awful audio quality whether listening to music or for others to hear you while you’re on the phone, this one tried to fix the issue (which was why I purchased it) only to lose the ability for it to be waterproof. Truthfully I wanted a waterproof case just to have day to day because I have two little ones and for the most part I think it’s ok for that still but it’s not good for going in the pool, beach, or a water park. Since discovering it’s not actually waterproof I’ve kept it on and I’ve noticed that the front screen is tying to kind of bubble up now where it doesn’t say totally flush on the screen meaning I have to push really hard to get it to recognize I’m using it and for it to actually register the touch - it doesn’t always all the time cause I don’t always remember to be hard - and it makes a weird noise when I’m typing. The final downside is that the inside of the case which is where the camera lenses is is some kind of foam type material and when you try to wipe it to dry it (because water got in the case) or clean it the material comes off, so you can’t really wipe it at all without it tearing it up there. ... show more

    • Sound quality is distorted/not clear when recording videos when case is on.

Looks and feels like a solid case to protect your iPhone 14. However I have to return it due to the issues while recoding video. Everything sounds muffled and distorted and so you can’t hear anything clearly, even with the volume turned up all the way. But even then trying to send a video to someone, they can’t hear it clearly either. Which is a burden for everyone. It’s a shame because I had high hopes for this case. It’s exactly what I needed and wanted to protect my phone 100%. And I’m sure it’s a solid case otherwise. But I can’t keep it due until I these reasons. I record a lot with my iphone. unfortunately this is a common issue with these types of cases but other companies do make them so it’s not a problem. I just have to figure out who makes them better than this. And the company’s I’ve bought previous cases from like this, no longer have them in stock for my phone. Otherwise I would’ve just re-purchased from them to begin with. If it wasn’t for this issue, I would’ve kept it and gave it 5 starts. But instead I have to give it 3 stars. So for the people who this issue wouldn’t bother, this is a decent case as far as look and feel. I can’t state the longevity since I’ll be sending it back. But This does cover 100% of your phone to prevent it from cracking the screen, your camera, and keeping it water proof. ( please note: most newer IPhones are water resistant) but this will help protect it if you go camping, hiking, skiing, boating or out on the water in general like fishing, or spend time outside or even if you live in a city where you walk everywhere instead taking transportation. So this does cover the entire camera part of your phone which can be very hard to find a case that does this without having to buy screen protectors specifically for your screen and camera. Those cases I absolutely hate! Which is why I’ve always boughten these types when I can find them. This was easy to install as well. Because this doesn’t come with a built in wallet, I planned on using the 3MM kind that stick onto the back to hold 4-6 cards like ID/debit/credit/store cards and such. And this type of card allows that and fits perfectly. You can also find them from many sellers on Amazon or in stores. Ok, I think that’s all the info I can provide for now. ... show more
