This belt has two pockets, the smaller pocket size, which expands to 6.5x3x2", and the larger pocket, which expands to 8x4x2". The Large Pocket easily accommodates large smartphones, including the iPhone® 13 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy® S20+. The pockets are arranged closer together for a better fit, and we’ve also increased the width of the elastic band for stability and comfort. This belt is great! My only complaint is that the smallest setting is still a little too big on my waist. It doesn’t really bounce, but it doesn’t stay where I put it and it always slides up to the smallest point of my waist. My waist is roughly 28 inches. I love that this one is highly adjustable it’s easy to tighten or loosen so it stays comfortable whether I’m going for a short jog or a longer run. The dual pockets are super handy.
