These shoes are fantastic for those with issues with your feet! The wide toe provides space for your feet so they aren’t pinched. There’s about 1/4” extra length for any additional swelling that occurs while wearing them, like after walking a bit. The soles are sturdy giving good traction and stability. The hook and loop side fastener allows for adjustment for your specific feet. They DO NOT slip off unless you have narrow feet or heels. I wear a true to size 9.5 but with the swelling and pain from neuropathy I ordered up half a size to a 10 and they are perfect! They are not the cutest shoe you’ll have in your closet but they look pretty good and not as slipper like as so many of the other shoes of this type. I broke my foot and is very swollen. The wide toe on this makes it perfect to wear around the house when I dont have my boot on it. I wear a size 7.5 but I ordered a 8.5 and it still ok for my foot that ia not swollen. I can tighten it to fit. Love the color. Very happy with it.

Love these! Comfy, roomy, cute enough for a younger person to wear, sturdy. No arch support (or any support really) once you remove the insoles but that's to be expected from a true barefoot shoe. Much cheaper than a name brand barefoot shoe and functions just as well. I especially like that the straps have a little hinge so you don't have to hold them open to get the shoe on or off, making them an accessible option for certain disabilities. The only downside is they are mesh upper so in the rain, your feet will get wet. Still, they are my go-to shoe for days with swelling, days where my feet need extra exercise, and just around the house as they're more secure and less sweaty than slippers. ... show more

My 70+ year old problem feet make it difficult to find "fun" shoes that feel good and I'm tired of sneakers. I am very happy that I found these - I have 2 pair and am planning to buy more colors. I would suggest that if your normal size is in the size and a half, you buy the next larger size. They are plenty wide but could be a little short for some people. The biggest improvement for me is the great arch support. They also help with stability as they are slightly wider without letting my foot slide around. Size: 11.5 Wide Color: Black
These shoes probably run true to size if you don't have large amounts of swelling in your feet. I purchased one size larger because of drop foot issues in one foot. The shoe fits well on the drop foot and is large for the other foot. With socks it works. The material of the shoe is soft and pliable with a modicum of inside cushioning over the instep and around the toe box. It is easy to put on and has a small adjustment strap (that looks like a buckle but isn't) with strong Velcro that attaches to the outer side of the foot/shoe and across the instep. It is a zero-drop shoe. The sole is solid, is not overly thick and is flexible when walking. The sole will help maintain the shape of the shoe (unlike other brands I have tried). The soles are non-slip and have good traction. The shoe has an outer support band that extends from the instep back to the heel. Heel stability is average for me considering my drop foot. I intend to use these shoes inside for slippers, to take out the garbage or other minor chores. I can't comment on how they will hold up under heavier use. The shoes are well stitched inside and out. There are no unfinished edges that could cause discomfort or rubbing. A pull tab is stitched to the heel of the shoe to assist putting them. There is a removable insert that can be exchanged for another insert. For me, the shoe is comfortable with and without socks. My feet were warm and comfy. It is winter here and too soon to comment on whether they will be too warm for summer. This shoe actually looks good on the foot. I purchased black which has a ribbed material that elongates the look of the shoe and minimizes the look of a large toe box. Overall, I think it is a good shoe for the price particularly compared to other zero-drop shoes I have purchased. I am already considering the purchase of another pair after I walk around in these for a while --- which might bump them up to five stars. ... show more
