I already had the same pair in black, so sizing was easy. But in general these boots run on the big side. I went about a half size down, I normally wear 8 1/2 and went with eight on these, and they feel very comfortable! Still have room for thick socks, or normal socks.. They are easy to slip on and off, I love that they have a zipper. They keep my feet warm, and I will wear them all winter from the time the ground freezes! They are comfortable enough to walk around in. Best of all they look really cute! I bought this pair for a steal, my other pair was double the price! I needed boots for winter that were waterproof, but not too heavy or bulky. These boots are great for me for running errands, traveling in winter and commuting on days when the snow isn't super deep. they're really comfortable, and warm enough if i wear heavier winter socks, and they keep my feet nice and dry. the leather is super soft and cushioned, and the whole boot is nice and flexible. the fat laces are cute and easy to get on and off. ... show more

I bought these boots for my wife & as soon as she tried them on, she didn't take them off! She wore them all evening around the house & the next day wore them to work. She's in retail & on her feet all day, so when she returned home with a smile on her face I new she had 'happy feet'! The boots are very well made, very simple (just 4 eyelets), micro fleeced along the whole foot to the toe (unlike MY Sperrys that stop at the rubber toecap), & to top it all they're cute! They're definitely waterproof too, as it's freezing rain here and (you guessed it), my wife's wearing them again! ... show more

Great boots! Keep my feet very warm and so far haven’t leaked. Very difficult for me to find large enough boots that are a true 11 or 12 these days with all the made in China sizes. I was thoroughly pleased with these boots and definitely not upset that I could comfortably fit wool boot socks inside over my regular cotton socks. I knew they were a shorter height boot and was willing to deal with it for the phenomenal price to get true leather boots...but now I really want the taller ones too in the trendy colors I’ve seen! They may just appear on a wish list for the hubby to buy ;) These are a solid choice for camping and hiking and just running errands.     • Effective and comfortable

These boots are warm and they fit comfortably. They were great with traction and with protecting my feet while hiking through mud, on small rocks in very shallow water, walking on various terrains in both Scotland and Iceland. Zippers worked well, and the boots dried easily overnight indoors after traipsing through the rain, and there was no lingering odor. The only issue I have encountered is that the blue rubber base of the boots is peeling in various spots after less than 2 weeks of use - almost like a plastic covering that is coming off in patches (this looks similar to skin peeling after a sunburn). While this seems to impact aesthetics only (and not effectiveness), I was disappointed by this quality. ... show more

    • boots fell apart
This boot would have received 5 stars had the boot not came apart at the seams on the back. I literally wore them 2x & the boot ripped at the seams on the back. Very disappointed because the boot was really comfortable & kept my feet dry & warm. And they were very stylish. Poorly made.

I LOVE these shoes! I have another pair of Sperry boots that are a little taller, and these are more versatile. They are also a little different than the ones EVERYONE wore this winter if you like to be unique. They look really nice and fit well. I think if anything they run a smidge big if you’re trying to decide on a size. I thought the price was good, too! ... show more
