I live in Florida and needed rain boots to wear when I walk my dog on rainy days. After careful consideration, I chose this pair because I figured I should treat myself to some nice, good quality rain boots since I do live in FL after all & we have lots of rainy days. These arrived on a rainy day & I wore them right away because I was so excited about them! They slip on easily, are very comfortable, and they look so nice! The best part is I walked through puddles and my feet didn't get wet. The bottoms have a bit of a platform but they are not slippery. I usually wear a 7-8 and bought a 7, they fit perfectly. These are my absolute Favorite rain/snow boot now for running errands! Just wore them for the first time and they were comfortable right out of the box. Searching for waterproof boots on Amazon seemed like a hit and miss, so many China made products came up until I finally saw a reliable brand with beefy bottoms! For $40 I’m really impressed. Usually I’m buying Mucks or none at all, but I wanted a lighter boot and for them to be around ankle height for playing in my garden and for doing farm chores on warmer days, I’m tired of the mid-calf tan lines from my Mucks! Boots are super comfy, definitely not as green as I’d hoped that they would be, but the fit is nearly perfect. I typically wear 6-7 in most shoes and a 7.5 works great for me (and I do have a rather narrow foot). Super easy to slide on and off, I don’t even need to bend down! I love the Sperry Brand but these are very narrow. Loved the boots but not a good fit for a normal to wider foot. I tried both 7 and 7.5. Both too narrow. I was sad to return them because they're so cute and I was excited to get them.

These are cute, easy to slide on and off. Haven’t worn them in the coldest wettest weather yet but seem to be of good quality. Its true what other reviews say, the top does rub your leg and hurts until you break them in with socks.
