My daughter bought a pair of these before Christmas and I put them on to clear the snow. I wore them for a month to do outside chores. I returned home and ordered a pair for myself. They are the same size and same fit, which is not always the case- I've bought the same shoe in two different colors and they did not fit the same. Good quality control on these Sperry boots! The toe box is roomy enough to allow for thick winter socks, but the heel is not the same roomy, so they don't slip and rub on my heels. Perfectly waterproof. I love, love, love these shoes. I cannot imagine a messy situation these would not work for. Love that they are zips, which helps me since I have a high instep. (Still have to use a substantial shoe horn to get them on, but I am guessing most of you will get them on easier.) Absolutely a steal because I happened to get them on sale. Bravo Sperry!

These are super cute and comfortable too! Sizing is accurate. I typically wear a 9 and that’s what I ordered. Enough space for thicker socks for when it’s freezing out, but we’re perfectly comfortable with thin socks too. I love that they’re the duck boot style since winters in New England tend to be pretty slushy these days. Nothing worse than having wet feet. These are ankle boots so obviously not built for walking through deep snow, but would do fine in a few inches. They seem to have good traction too. It’s only fall here so can’t really comment yet about warmth, but I’m hopeful! All in all, it’s a very stylish boot that appears to be well made with quality materials. The leather is soft and I love the color. I have to admit, I’m tempted to buy them in another color too. My dog was very interested in them so Finn is included in the pics for your viewing pleasure Update: We had our first snow and while these shoes kept my feet dry, they were a bit lacking in warmth when just worn with thin socks. With thick wool socks, they were ok, but you could still feel the cold seep through standing in snow. I’m leaving my review at 5 stars since these are more of a rain/slush boot than a true snow boot but if you’re looking for something to keep your feet toasty, I’d find something else. But for an everyday boot in wet weather, I’m still loving these.

I absolutely love my new boots & have received many compliments on them! After reading several reviews and doing my own research with people who owned the same ones, I ordered these in 3 different sizes (8, 7.5 & 7). I'm usually a 7/7.5 so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered and returned and re-ordered the size 7.5 because for some reason they felt great overall, but 1 shoe felt bigger than the other, but I wasn't 100% sold on it. I finally ordered a 7 and everything felt just right so I kept this size. I vary between 7 & 7.5 in shoes (wear mainly 7.5 average) depending on the brand and I do not have a super narrow nor a wide foot. I believe I'm average. I have big/wide calves so the height on these was just perfect, right below them. They were still "long" enough to look like a boot and not a tiny bootie, but short enough where it doesn't interfere with my calve. They're super comfy & warm and I love the versatility. I can use it as a winter boot and as a rain boot when it's not that cold out without it looking too "wintery". It has kept my feet both warm and dry. I also love that it has a zipper, but can also be adjustable on the top part of your foot with the laces. Excellent value for the price too! I would definitely buy these again!

I bought these to wear to the Texas two-step Inn festival where rain was predicted. These did not disappoint. Not only are they prettier than the picture, the size was perfect, and they are absolutely waterproof. Saturday of the concert was a rain out and there was mud and water everywhere but my feet stayed absolutely dry. Sunday there was mud and water everywhere but no more rain. I put a lot of steps on those boots and my feet didn’t hurt. My feet were comfortable and dry the entire weekend.

I bought these boots because we were about to have some significant winter weather and my other boots were boxed somewhere due to a move to another state. I liked the looks of these boots as well as the price and ordered them. They are super comfortable (honestly more comfortable than my super expensive boots) and fit true to size. I like the side zipper that helps with putting on the boots. The material has held up well and I haven't noticed any coating peeling or flaking off the boots. I also haven't noticed any seems splitting or any areas that have been compromised. They keep my feet dry and definitely warmer than they would be in any other shoe. My 4 stars instead of 5 comes from the difficulty of putting on the boots. There's no loop in the back to grab to help pull them on (other reviewers have said the same) which makes putting them on difficult. Also, if you have difficulties bending to put on a shoe or have any kind of fine motor difficulties due to injury, arthritis, medical condition, etc. these boots do not go on easily which is frustrating and could make them a no go for that population. I do have some hand strength issues thanks to some post cancer medical issues and I have to look at these a long time before I decide to wrestle with them. Recently found my more expensive, less comfortable boots while unpacking in my new house and I opted to wear these instead of the Sperrys because the other are much easier to put on; less comfortable but more accessible to me. I've seen other posters mention the loop and difficulties putting on these boots and I hope Sperry takes notice and makes some design changes.

I purchased these for a road trip where we’re supposed to get some rain. I’ve always wanted this brand but never wanted to spend the money but they were on sale so I took the plunge. Just received them today. They are a perfect fit. I would say order your size. They are cute comfortable, and will last me the rest of my life. Looking forward to wearing them. Tried them on and walked around the house no breaking in definitely a good fit and really cute. Looking for a rainbow boot / boat boot. Haven’t worn them yet in the rain to see if they actually keep my feet dry that will be the next test. But as far as fit and style, I absolutely love them. It was nice to get them on sale, but I would say they’re definitely worth the money either way.

I always wanted a pair of duck boots and a number of years ago I finally bit the bullet and spent the money on a pair of LL Beans. They were stiff and narrow and I HATED them. I should’ve sent them back, but I was hoping they would break in. That didn’t happen so they were given away. Then I moved to a farm with woods and I needed something I could get muddy that would rinse right off, be 100% waterproof and warm. Not only are they all that but they were comfortable right out of the box. Dry feet all winter in rain and muck and snow? A no-slip sole? Yes please. My first pair are still holding up great albeit showing some wear, and when I say wear I mean red Virginia clay soil that’ll stain nearly anything and add some cow manure. My cute gray boots are still gray and clean. Naturally when I saw these on sale I jumped on them. Great quality and value, fit true to size. Cushiony lining is so warm I’ve thrown them on sans socks when the dog HAD to go out NOW. They live by my back door on a boot tray year round. LOVE them and really all my Sperry boots and shoes- I have a pair of lambskin slip on loafers that are warm clouds and a pair of adorable nautical sneakers. Can’t go wrong with Sperry and these boots are winners.
