I always wanted a pair of duck boots and a number of years ago I finally bit the bullet and spent the money on a pair of LL Beans. They were stiff and narrow and I HATED them. I should’ve sent them back, but I was hoping they would break in. That didn’t happen so they were given away. Then I moved to a farm with woods and I needed something I could get muddy that would rinse right off, be 100% waterproof and warm. Not only are they all that but they were comfortable right out of the box. Dry feet all winter in rain and muck and snow? A no-slip sole? Yes please. My first pair are still holding up great albeit showing some wear, and when I say wear I mean red Virginia clay soil that’ll stain nearly anything and add some cow manure. My cute gray boots are still gray and clean. Naturally when I saw these on sale I jumped on them. Great quality and value, fit true to size. Cushiony lining is so warm I’ve thrown them on sans socks when the dog HAD to go out NOW. They live by my back door on a boot tray year round. LOVE them and really all my Sperry boots and shoes- I have a pair of lambskin slip on loafers that are warm clouds and a pair of adorable nautical sneakers. *After a good hike through North Carolina mountains and streams, these boots fit like a dream. Very good on rocks and steep hills. A little slide is to be expected but they outdid what I thought they would. I highly recommend but give your self a good week to break them in.* The boots are nice quality and the look is wonderful. However they are a bit hard to put on straight out the box. I'm on day 4 of trying to break them in hopefully they will be easier to get on. I think I should have gotten lace ups and it may be easier to put on. Great boot though very comfortable once on. ... show more

I absolutely love my new boots & have received many compliments on them! After reading several reviews and doing my own research with people who owned the same ones, I ordered these in 3 different sizes (8, 7.5 & 7). I'm usually a 7/7.5 so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered and returned and re-ordered the size 7.5 because for some reason they felt great overall, but 1 shoe felt bigger than the other, but I wasn't 100% sold on it. I finally ordered a 7 and everything felt just right so I kept this size. I vary between 7 & 7.5 in shoes (wear mainly 7.5 average) depending on the brand and I do not have a super narrow nor a wide foot. I believe I'm average. I have big/wide calves so the height on these was just perfect, right below them. They were still "long" enough to look like a boot and not a tiny bootie, but short enough where it doesn't interfere with my calve. They're super comfy & warm and I love the versatility. I can use it as a winter boot and as a rain boot when it's not that cold out without it looking too "wintery". It has kept my feet both warm and dry. I also love that it has a zipper, but can also be adjustable on the top part of your foot with the laces. Excellent value for the price too! I would definitely buy these again! ... show more

I really like Sperry shoes/boots. These boots are great except that they are still not easy to put on-- even with the side zipper. IMO, zipper needs to be another 1/4 inch longer to accommodate people with a high instep. It is WORK to get these boots on. Originally, I ordered a 9M and a 9W came. They were easy to put on but ultimately, too big. I sent back and decided to size down to an 8.5M and now find them difficult to put on. However, once they are on, they fit well. Waterproof and cute! I'd give them a 10+ if the side zipper was a bit longer so they were easier to put on. ... show more

I lived in these all winter (I live in Colorado) and will live in them again all next winter. They keep my feet dry, warm and protected in the snow and constant slush we get for 5 months out of the year. They’re also cute and adjustable. I got a size up so I can wear two pairs of socks and that was for sure the right move - they’re perfect with one or two pairs. They’re also super grippy which is my favorite part! My husband and I own a moving company and these keep me from slipping going up and down truck ramps during snowstorms. 10/10! ... show more

I love these boots! I can wear them all day, and I have plantar facilities. They keep my feet dry, and they have held up well for a year. If these ever wear out, I'm buying another pair.
