My wide feet are so happy! 7W fits great, i am usually 7W in sneakers and walking shoes. Some 6.5W fit also. I have bought and returned about 4 or 5 pairs of similar boots this fall. these have an easy in and out zipper and adjustable laces. They do not flop up and down nor are they too loose or tight at the ankles. The boots are lined with fuzzy warm fabric They are not hard to put on with sox or without. Comfortable and warm wool tops and rubber bottoms. Because I already have pure wool fleece insoles, I traded out theirs so I can wear thin sox or even no so! I know, crazy...I live in Florida. I enjoy wearing these duck boots, true to size and extremely comfortable. I get compliments everytime I wear them. They keep my feet nice and warm, I've never had wet feet wearing them. You won't regret purchasing these.

    • GREAT Rainboot for Women With Large Feet
I have tried to get rainboots from Hunter, UGG, and many others. They just made my feet look huge and they weren't stylish. Getting a size 11 women's boot is very difficult. These Sperry boots fit great!!! They are sturdy and stylish. More than that...they make my feet look small!!! I love these. Love these boots. Wore them the other night looking at Christmas lights in the rain. They kept my feet warm and dry and comfortable as well. The size fit perfectly and not too tight with thick socks. Highly recommend them.

These are fashionable and functional! I love to be able to splash through the wet days of fall and winter in Indiana without wearing ugly rubber boots to keep my feet dry. I prefer wearing wool socks with them even though they are lined.

First off, I ordered my regular size (9), and they're perfect, even with thicker SmartWool winter socks. I should note that I have four other pairs of Sperry duck boots (for rain/mild cold), and those are all an 8.5. I'm a size 9 in 95% of brands, but Sperrys can run large. So you probably can get away with ordering your regular size here for winter boots even for thick socks. The leather ankle area is soft and supple. The shearling is incredibly warm and covers the entire footbed as well as the entire ankle/tongue/insole. The top of the foot & heel area (rubber area) are insulated with a smooth liner that's surprisingly warm. I've done some long walks in Chicago when it was 10°F out with these and good winter socks, and my feet stayed warm. Quality has been outstanding. Have had these for about two months, and there are no loose seams anywhere. They look as good the day I got them and are even more comfy. Footbed is very comfortable with the provided shearling insole. I actually do not untie/tie them every time I put them on. I tied them rather loosely like this (see pics) and I just yank them on. They're secure once on the foot. Exceptional quality, regardless of price. I have some taller $249 brown LL Bean shearling boots, and these are super close in quality. The LL Beans have shearling in the exact same places, top of foot/ankle area also lined with smooth insulating fabric. The shearling on those is thicker/higher pile, but the leather on the Sperrys is more supple and attractive. Since the LL Beans are taller with a 10" shaft and thicker shearling, those are like an A+ and these are an A. The ONE thing neither are good at is walking on ice. The soles/treads just aren't rugged enough. This isn't an issue in salted areas or on actual snow, but if you have poorly salted sidewalks that are prone to icing over, something with a more rugged/grippier sole is best, like The North Face boots with their IcePick soles or Salomons with the Contagrip soles. ... show more

I like the boot, but found them difficult to put on. They really need the finger loop at the back of the boot to help pull on the boot. It’s hard to find a part to grab so you can pull them on.
