Just finished watering all the plants around our house, slopping water all over my feet wearing my old yard boots, no longer waterproof, and Amazon delivered these new Sperry boots. I tried them on and they are perfect, exactly what I was looking for. The zipper on the side lets me get my foot in easily without having to futz with laces and once my foot is in, zipping it up holds the boot in place just snug enough for me to walk around the yard doing what I want to do. My old boots were some sort of faux leather, long since beginning to flake apart on the toes and let water and snow in. These Sperry boots will not do that. I'm still wearing them as I type this review; they are very comfortable on my feet. For those of you looking for a huge arch support, I don't think there's much of that. I have flat feet so an arch support has never been a 'thing' for me when looking for shoes or boots. I believe they are true to size; I wear a 9.5 and purchased a 9.5: perfect fit with a sock and comfy room to spare if I wear a slightly heavier sock in the winter. Also, I bought these only to wear when I go outside to do yard work and/or spread food around for the squirrels in our backyard and fill our bird feeders. Suffice it to say though that I am very, very pleased with the style, comfort and my overall purchase.

Yes, you absolutely want these! I have worn these boots to do a massive landscaping project, raking up holly leaves, and blackberry vines they did AMAZING! My husband has now seen me order two additional colors in them, I told him I needed a pair for wearing in the chicken coup too! 😆 We took a long hike through our marshy part of our property and across our small stream, my feet stayed completely dry! These are definitely authentic Sperry boots, unsure what other reviewers received but mine in end of June ‘22 were definitely all Sperry’s! I’m thrilled I found these boots, everyone needs a pair, or three! 🙌🏼

I purchased these for a trip to Ireland. I didn't have to use them the entire stay, however, I did use them a handful of times. These were excellent at keeping my feet dry. I wore them on a very soaking hike up unstable terrain, these held up very well, however, at the end of the hike, my feet were hurting a bit. They don't have a lot of support, but did the job.
