The sim card was easily installed into my daughter's smart watch. I tried to activate the sim card and I was told that there is no coverage in my area. Before purchasing the card and watch I checked the coverage map to make sure that it would work in my area. So now I'm stuck with a card that cannot be used the good thing about this is the price is low. I am also stuck with a watch I cannot use at the moment because it is suggested to use this particular sim card with the watch. I am currently looking around for a sim card that will work in the watch so it's not a total loss of my money. ... show more

I used was supposed to use it for my son's smartwatch but it didn't work. I was able to make a test call just once and after that it just showed no signal (red circle). Couldn't make a call nor receive calls. I went outside and other areas, still no signal. I am tired of contacting customer service. Still didn't work even if they reset it. I couldn't set the time of the watch and date properly because the smart watch app is needed to make those settings, and it couldn't connect because it says there was no signal. It was also such a pain just activating it. They require a debit/credit card when you activate so they could charge you monthly automatically, and they didn't accept the debit card immediately, you had to fill out this manual form to send it to them and then they will unlock that card # .     • Horrible customer service
My Son received a smart watch for his birthday, but no SIM came with it. I bought this as it was advertised as compatible. It look longer to receive that advertised, you are paying 5.00 for the plan, and 5.00 for the card itself. Over all I did not think that was a bad price. I called to activate the card and was told I had to go online to complete that, they would not do it by phone. I had to provide a credit card number and allow my card to be authorized although I selected to have a pay as you go plan, where I call to buy the services rather than auto renew. You have to set up an online account, just like anything else. Also with this SIM, the GPS and other features cost more per month, they are not included. I called customer service which is horrible. I found a different SIM with a better minute plan anyway, for the same cost. I cannot recommend this one. I gave 2 stars because my son loves his watch, and because this SIM will work with kids smart watches. ... show more
