They work, I guess... but my kids both got them and they kept taking them off, complaining rocks had gotten in them. I have a different pair that cinches tight on top and had no issues. I should have gotten them the same kind... but they grow so fast, so I went for a cheaper option. Get what you pay for? But their feet are protected when we are walking in the river, so they work! ... show more

The water shoe is good but the open part where you put your child's foot through is so narrow or tight. If that part were to be stretchy there wouldn't be a problem but it was cutting off my child's circulation. Do not buy! Poor design flaw!
