Looks real nice on the truck once installed, I had a few issues- the instructions did not really go into any detail, and the rubber trim not wanting to stay on without adhesive, so I used flex seal to remedy that problem. The picture diagram says the rear flare is 5 inches tall and actually it's approximately 4 1/2". The description says smooth, but they're actually have a little bit of orange peal finish to them. I read some reviews that people thought that the stainless steel button bolts went through the flare and through the body but they don't they're just decorative and very easy to install. The supplied black plastic push pin type fasteners do not hold. Lowe's Home Improvement store has the perfect fasteners. Lowe's stock #138260 they are in the hardware aisle in the big metal drawers, tap them in with a rubber mallet. There were a couple extra stainless steel button bolts, nuts, and washers, and allot extra rubber trim. The vendor is very responsive on any email questions. ... show more

Great looking ,made with heavy gage plastic. Pacaged very well to protect contence and arrived on time. It came with extra hardware than needed and was simple to install. Instructions say to remove the red cover from tape on rubber molding but it kêeped sticking to the edge before you wer able to get it on the flare. Ended up installing molding with red film on and it stayed on there fine. Grat value for the money. ... show more

I bought these for my 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic to add a little zing to a tired work truck. They were packaged very well and arrived undamaged. It was tedious putting the rubber trim around the edges, but that was expected. The fender flares are pre-drilled to match the pre-drilled holes in the fender well on my truck. The only problem was on two out of three of the flares, when I installed them, there was a gap between the fender flares and the side of my truck. To remedy this I drilled additional holes in the fender flare (not my truck) which allowed the fender flare to be pulled snugly against the side of the truck. Other than that, I am well pleased with the product and overall look. I did take another reviewer's advice and purchased the GM plastic plugs to attach to my truck because the ones shipped appear to be cheaply made. For the money, you can't go wrong. ... show more

Recently purchased a 2002 Silverado for a daily driver and work truck. I was set back by the typical rust over the rear wheel arches and actually looked into body repair and paint. THAT WAS GOING TO COST AS MUCH AS I PAID FOR THE TRUCK! I thought of these and decided to give it a try. I cut the rust away and used a rust converter and coat of paint to slow the rust. Then like magic, these cover ALL of the cancer eaten arch. The chrome bolts that come with are decorative only. Keep in mind if you do this you will have to drill 1 or maybe 2 holes through the truck bed and get that number of inch and half chrome bolts to actually fasten these to the truck bed. the decorative bolts are not long enough. Very pleased with this purchase. Should outlive the truck and I saved a major expense at the body shop. ... show more
