The media could not be loaded. Love the glass it comes in and smells nice. Doesn’t permeate large areas, best for a small space if you want a strong smell. Kind of have to be close to it to really smell anything.

This is ok for a (very) small room. I've had ones previously, that would scent my whole house, but this one you can barely smell in my small bathroom. I think it's because they aren't wooden reeds. Too bad, it's a beautiful fragrance, just doesn't carry well.

While the diffuser itself is nice looking, I cannot smell the gardenia scent unless my nose is right by it. I’m not going to be bothered to return the item, because it would be quite messy. Not worth it because it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do.
