What a comfortable helmet & I bought honestly some cheap headphones to see how it’d feel and it’s still a great fit. The only issue is there’s no video for the tinted visor, it can be taken out and replaced with different tints and all but putting it on for the first time was scary because I didn’t even know how it popped out lol. But make sure you’re using the switch on the side to lift the visor & the lock to release the bottom half to lift. Great helmet especially for the price. ... show more

This helmet is the most comfortable one I’ve ever had especially for the price. It’s beautiful and easy to set up. The quality and safety features are great. This is an awesome value for the money. I highly recommend it whether you day or night ride.

The helmet was beautiful fit like a glove. The carbon fiber affect on the helmet was really nice. The gloss was spot on. The padding is where I was a bit upset. There was sticky glue on the sides of the pads and the inside is cheaply made. The inner shades were very nice but also cheap and flimsy. The outer mouth guard that pushes up was nicely done but again the button appears to be loose but it does the job for now. No smells in mine upon receipt and it’s just heavy enough for good protection should something happen and not too heavy that your neck suffers on long rides. For the price it’s perfect so I give it 4stars because it’s very doable. Let’s see how it holds up over time but for now I like it just fine…. UPDATE: the helmet is still holding after several rides but the more windy it gets on rides, the helmet is extremely noisy and aggravating. I almost took it off and threw it in the national forest it was so loud. I couldn’t figure out where all the noise was coming from no matter what I did. If something is wrong with your bike while riding you wouldn’t be able to hear the change due to the wind noise in the thing and for that reason I downgraded it to 3 stars. It’s still nice but I’m noise sensitive and this is too much wind chatter for me but the helmet is still super nice looking ... show more

    • A helmet that cushioned my head when I fell because of a crappy e-bike

I got this helmet as overkill for use with my Actbest folding e-bike. I got to test it in real world circumstances because during my test ride of the e-bike, I discovered a major flaw. Turns out that folding e-bikes come with folding pedals. I was writing at PAS1 luckily when I put my foot down on the pedal and it kept going and I went over. I missed getting hit by a car by about 6 in because the car was slowing down at the time. I ended up with multiple cuts and bruising along the left side of my body. I noticed while I was laying on the ground under my 70 lb bike that the helmet made it feel like my head was resting on a pillow. The quality of the helmet is really good and functioned properly as far as I'm concerned. So that was cool. The helmet itself is heavy as other people noted. But, within a few minutes of wearing it the weight was not noticeable to me. I'm 5 ft tall. The chin guard if left in place in the Florida heat is too hot. That's why I didn't put five stars. I lifted that up and I of course had the strap done up and I had the sun shade down and it was comfortable. I did note that it does somewhat limit peripheral sight when looking over my shoulder.
