It's made of a thickened high-quality aluminum alloy that is going to stay in its shape unless somehow gets in the path of a steam roller on concrete. This is a seriously hardcore hand cultivator! Deliciously heavy, sturdy, and not to be trifled with! The tines won't be getting bent on this nor will the handle be coming off any time soon. The handle is hard plastic with a grippy material. That is the only thing that may give trouble in a few years. I've had a few items with that sort of stuff that starts coming off after a few years, but this is worth fixing should that ever happen. The tines are a quarter inch thick aluminum. Extremely sturdy. It reminds me of the Fiskers hand shovel I have. Very hardcore gardening hand tools. This is a WONDERFUL cultivator that will have many years of use.

When I opened the package, my immediate reaction was what a beautiful cultivator! It is truly stunning. This is a cultivator for sorting through moon dust. In fact, I shall purchase a second one specifically for that purpose. The cultivator is formed from a single piece of aluminum. Either cast or forged, I'm not sure. Super light. Could be a lifetime piece of garden equipment if the plastic handle holds up. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Buy it, you will be happy.

I got this to replace my cultivator that was left outside and rusted. No chance of that happening with this one, which is aluminum. Even so, it has some heft in the hand and feels well balanced. The aluminum is nicely polished, and the tine tips are beveled to enhance digging. The cushioned molded handle is grippy and comfortable.I think this is a real value at the price, and should last for quite awhile.

This is a great little tool for working in the yard. The handle is very nice and comfortable to grip, and the aluminum tines are very sturdy and strong. The other great thing is that being aluminum means when my wife leaves it out in the garden for a week, it won’t rust. All in all a nice tool and I would recommend this to others. As a side note, it’s also a nice backscratcher.

The hand cultivator is exactly as described. The design is really good and I don't believe the tool will ever break. I like the handle the material there makes using the tool more comfortable for your hand. The colors of the handle makes it easier to see and not loose the tool when working with leaves and other debris that may cover it. Which has happens to me all the time. Great value for the money considering the quality.

This sturdy little hand rake is made to last. It won't rust out because it's an aluminum alloy. The tines of the rake are very thick and strong. The plastic handle has a rubber grip over it making it very comfortable to hold and it has a hole at the end of the handle for hanging. I highly recommend it!

This product appears to be well constructed, it feels very solid yet light in your hand. It is very comfortable to use when working in your garden. I would recommended this product as it appears to be sturdy and with the ease of use it would be a good addition to your garden tools.
