Bought this on a whim in a effort to find comfort for my aching wrist while WFH. The product was alright by itself, but I added my old wrist support to build up the angle that my hand rests at. My carpal tunnel has been getting worse these past few years, especially after working from home and being mostly laptop based, sitting at on old dining table turned work desk. I had no idea there was such a thing as ergonomic mouse pads, but I am so glad to have discovered them! The subtle angle of having my wrist bending forward/down with padded support for my hand and forearm versus my wrist bending slightly upwards only on the desk has made such a difference! I have chronic joint pain that becomes worse being at the computer all day, particularly my mouse hand. A mouse pad with a wrist rest actually puts more pressure on my wrist, and makes my pain worse. Using this mouse pad, paired with a 33 degree or vertical mouse, has definitely helped. It supports my entire forearm, and lets me hold my wrist in a more comfortable position. Although it can't fix my crappy joints, it does improve the pain significantly. My only problem is that because of the slope, the mouse often slides off the pad when I release it to use the keyboard. Shy of adjusting gravity, I don't know that this could be improved upon. Anyway, it's a good design, and I highly recommend it! ... show more

I have mixed feelings about this product. Yes it did help relieve the pain I would get all through my upper arm. It would become painful to lift my arm over my head, but I feel that the mouse is kind of wonky in that it shifts from where I'm placing it (the arrow on the monitor) sometimes and that is quite annoying. So I feel like I have less control. I also have to disagree with other reviewers who thought it was too long. I think it isn't long enough. The forearm needs to be on the mat before having your wrist over the incline and because of the design the cut outs at both ends creates a prettier mat but it takes off usable surface. So after placing your wrist over the incline it leaves little surface to move the mouse. I think if they added a couple inches, one to each side, it would be much better. I am giving the product 4 stars and recommending it because the product was made to alleviate pain in the arm and it does that. ... show more
