Just like the review title states: This. is. it. Well, for my wife and me anyways. Never thought I'd be so into a mousepad but when I was tasked to find one for my wife's oh-so-delicate wrists, I searched far and wide, high and low, and left no stone unturned. The result of this massive search was a purchase of the Soundance Ergonomic mouse pad WITH support Gel. I've never been so underwhelmed to see the Amazon guy deliver a package--I mean, a mousepad? whatever. I let it sit outside for the day and only gave it to my wife the following day. I literally left it on her desk, unopened. After checking up on her later in the day she exclaimed, "this is the best mousepad ever". I had to verify her claim and so I removed her from her office chair and had a looksy. She was right!. Folks, I ordered one immediately and am now resting my wrist upon this beauty. Please, don't thank me, thank yourself for finding this.

Such a good idea, imperfect execution. My son tried to use it for gaming as advertised but the "bump" is way too far out, or at least there isn't nearly enough pad beyond that bump to use it for gaming. It might be okay or even great for office work -- neither of us is fit to evaluate it for that. But it is not sufficient in any way for gaming. If they came out with a version with a much larger pad end -- ?

I hate mice, and after about 10 minutes of use my hand or wrist usually start to suffer from awkward/cramped and lack of support. I’ve tried dozens of mice over the years and while some were better than others none completely alleviated my problems. I was skeptical when I ordered this, but damn if it’s not the most comfortable, natural feeling accessory for the mouse. The angle and pitch is spot on to where my hand and wrist naturally want to lay and I also find I have better control of the mouse. Solid buy!

Update: I've had this for a couple of months and I'm used to it now -- which is to say I don't even notice if I'm using my mouse too long because it's so comfortable. My wrist pain has gotten a lot better (with rest and the use of this mouse pad) I really enjoy it and recommend it if you have the desk space. I'm 5'10 so I'll say I have long enough arms to use this comfortably. If you're short, you might run into some trouble. I also have an extremely large working space which you need because this is x2 the length of a normal mouse pad-- fells great on my arm and I find myself less much less fatigued using it. Current combo this mouse pad with a viper + wireless and my poor carpel tunnel prone wrist is feeling much better.

This is bigger than I thought it would be for some reason but it is AMAZING! The old mousepad I was using had a gel wrist rest and it was actually painful...this mousepad is soooooo comfortable and high quality! I love it!

i work long hours on the computer doing graphics with a busted shoulder that complicates things... and it's honestly the best mousepad ever. just buy it and see. 4/5 because I'm a lefty, and it's not as reversible as they make it seem. it's just not, u flip it around and the other end isn't long enough to comfortable use the mouse on and it's angled away from your hand rather than toward it. i had to build a special angled platform for mine so it is still in the "righty" position but angled appropriately for my left hand. works fine, but I'm handy. sucks for anybody that's not able to diy that type of solution. wish they would have just made a left hand one. if they decide to, I'll buy it!

1st, this thing is PLUSH, except on the very edges, because the underside/ frame of it can be felt. The memory foam gets a little thin there. If you're a mouse and keyboard person for work, then this may suit you well. I say that because if you're constantly on and off the mouse, you have to pick up the mouse and re-find "the" spot on the mouse pad to get back to using the mouse. Since it's exact, you can't lean back and use it really. I mean the actual place where you use the mouse is only like 4"x4", then a place for your arm, but the rest is so you can flip it if you're a left handed person. What I like is that it is plush. You can't feel the desk like you can other mouse pads. The other pads with wrist rests usually wear out and deform. This doesn't seem like it will do that. Also what I don't like is the small use space and the fact that if I happen to leave the mouse on the down slide, my mouse will slide down and off the pad. I'll probably keep looking.
