The media could not be loaded. If I were rating on appearance, this would be 5 stars. It's lovely, the pictures turned out good, the engraving is what I wanted. But the latch to keep it closed is a joke. After less than a month of wearing it, it won't stay closed at all. It's unusable at this point since the point of a locket is to open it when you want to, not to have it accidentally fall open consistently throughout the day. The photos in the locket came out great. The chain, however, is very flimsy without a larger loop to clip the clasp. Works, but hard to see the small loop that’s one of the chain loops. Back of heart was bent in a bit and the rose on front was not a different rose gold color. Order didn’t give option for engraved name.
