I absolutely love these shoes and have purchased them in every color I can find. Sorel has discontinued this style, so I really wanted to stock up since the replacement Kinetic Impact II isn't nearly as comfortable or as cute/unique. Some customers say the toe wears out quickly, and if this is a concern, I suggest sizing up. I have narrow feet and own these in both 10.5 and 11, and find both to be comfy (with the 11s having some extra room in front of the toes.) These shoes are not really for exercising, as they don't offer the stability necessary for strenuous activity (like my Hokas, La Sportivas or Salomons do,) and have more of a drop than you would want in a gym shoe for weight training, but they are the most comfy and stylish "run around town in yoga pants" shoes, and I get compliments on them wherever I go. I just slip them on and go, throw my running/hiking shoes and extra socks in my gym bag, or wear these to the gym and hop out of them, strength train barefoot the way people are supposed to, and my shoes are fresh and ready to slip into when I'm done. These are comfortable shoes and I wore them for the first time today to workout in at the gym..True to size and I wear a 12 mostly sometimes an 11 depending on the design..Comfortable all the way around and I've have them on for at least 3 hours now..

Bought these in black, took them to NYC . . . we took a bite out of the Big Apple. They are a nice comfortable shoe, but after all day long, my feet were a bit tired. They are good for shorter jaunts, not really long walks on cement. But, I have two pairs of these and love all of my SOREL shoes and boots.

A split sole option but with the support of a hiking shoe! TL; DR: if you like a wide toe box, order the wide Comfort: nice. I prefer these for walking rather than in studio teaching where I’m on my feet for hours on end. Hiking: they work. I think they’re too pretty for hiking imho Washable: yes! Use the gentle detergent on quick wash or similar and dry on drying table in washer with wool dryer balls. Pro tip: capri blue with aloha orchid scent Wearable miles: somewhere between 250-400 miles before noticeable need for insole replacement Pickle ball: not bad! This was my first time ordering Sorels from Amazon. I was nervous they would be fakes but they’re not. I wear Sorel shoes a lot and already wore out a pair of these sneakers over the last 18 months. These are excellent for people with high arches and offer a ton of cushion so your feet don’t get tired. I wear these for long walks and for teaching (on my feet 7+ hours in front of the class) but I wouldn’t wear them for hiking or a marathon. Definitely size up or you run the risk of wearing a hole in the mesh over the toe box like I did with my first pair.
