    • Finally arrived !
The package took a little longer then expected however; I do know what supply chain means. The packaging was acceptable because it was a PS-4 I would think a little more bubble wrap would of helped because postman are known to throw boxes around. Overall, the PS-4 worked and was reset to factory specs so I just had to update a few things. One thing that I noticed was the packing smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes around the item while packing. Other then that all good. ... show more

I was skeptical buying an used ps4 but prices for a new one are insane. I don’t regret at all buying this one. I got a WEEK before the scheduled delivery date. Includes cables, control and I even got a game. I love it! Thank you!

I got this for my oldest and he can’t even play discs on it. It won’t read them at all and says there is an error. Needless to say, it also didn’t last very long.

    • Poor packaging
The product given is functional and (mostly) clean as needed. However, the packaging was simply a large box with the Console and a Controller inside of it, both free to slide around and break with no protection or bubble wrap whatsoever. The controller has extreme drift, and the fan motor is a bit loud upon turning on the console (out of place from shipment I believe). While both of these I am able to fix on my own for free, there are other customers that should be aware of how their console will be shipped, bringing no guarantee that a previously functional console will be delivered undamaged due to the lack of protection it had. ... show more
