This sonix phone case is pretty amazing. I've used it for a whole 14 months. Great quality and protects the phone well, and it fits the phone very well like a glove. The side buttons are raised so it's really easy to press on them. I didn't appreciate that ability until I bought another case that's more for aesthetic than function. The backside barely has scratches even though I dropped this more than good 20 times. My phone is still fine. The real con is how the edges do yellow and dirty pretty quick over time due to hand oils and dirt, so if you care about having a new-looking case all the time, might want to swap this out every 3 months or so. Like all cases, it did trap dirt that scratched the stainless steel edging on my iPhone 12 pro a bit, so make sure to clean the interior from time to time. Overall, a solid case. Highly recommended. Just got myself another replacement from Sonix and I show the comparison between the old and new case. ... show more

Wanted to find a case that would protect my phone, but also be kinda pretty showing off the color I selected. I like that this phone has bumpers around corners and a raise lip in the front to help protect my screen. I also wanted a raised lip around the camera area to protect the lenses from getting scratched, which this phone has. I’ve dropped my phone several times, landing on a laminate floor, and still good! Covers over buttons are not stiff and are easy to press. Functionally, I give this case a 5/5. The look: The back of the case is stunning. Love the subtle metallic agains the blue and the white of my phone. I’ve noticed that the pumpers around the edge of the phone are a different color/material that is a little “grey” or “yellow”, which is a slight bummer since I bought a pristine white phone, so I knocked off a star. 4/5 ... show more

I’ve had the tortoise shell case for almost a year.. I get so many compliments!!! So cute. it’s very slim&sleek yet also super protective! I drop my phone constantly and have had no cracks. My phone was recently left on top of my car.. I drove 5 miles down the road… my phone slid off onto a very busy road… I believe it was ran over because we found it 3 lanes over from where I was driving. I’ve purchased several of these Sonix phone cases. I’ve been using my current one for just over 2 years, and I just ordered another to replace it. It is smooth/slick enough to slide in and out of my pocket easily, but the sides are slightly rubbery which gives good protection and a bit of a grippy feel. The fit is great, not at all bulky, and the side buttons function perfectly. The design is pretty (I just received a compliment last week - from a teenager, no less!) and overall, the case provides great protection. I’ve dropped my phone several times with no damage. Together with a glass screen protector, this case does a great job! The only con is that over time, the edge becomes darker with use…my phone is grey, so it’s not as noticeable on mine.
