Sonic Generations is already one of my favorite sonic games, definitely top three, and the extra bits and collectibles they added are a nice surprise. Definitely the definitive way to play Sonic Generations. As for Shadow Generations? Oh BOY! So much fun, Shadow is the coolest he's been in years, the story is great and I love the game embracing how ridiculous and fun the franchise can be with it's characters and writing. The core gameplay is pretty much the same base, but it's refreshingly challenging at some points. Overall one of the best games to come out of the franchise. Being a Sonic fan has never felt so good :)

I was looking forward to this game and I'm happy to say I'm not disappointed at all! Shadow Generations is a fun experience with fun new powers and speedrunning it can be tough but rewarding. Sonic Generations is still great all these years later, so having both is great! The switch version looks great too, although not as good looking as the other options, it is by no means an ugly game. Sonic gens looks at least as good as it did on the 360 and Shadow gens looks great too, and I've had no performance issues whatsoever. Plus, the buyer I got it from (unbeknownst to me) had the day one edition that came with a mini physical Gerald Robotnik diary and Sonic Adventure skin code, making that the cherry on top. Get it! Tl;dr it's a good game buy it
