I took the clothes out and found some of the support bars popped out of place. I took the whole closet apart bit by bit and could not find one bar bent (even used a leveler to check). I bought this organizer to make up for the lack of closet space in my home. Once it was put together, i placed some of my clothes on the racks. It leaned. I started placing more clothes on the rack (at a later date) and the organizer fell apart. We are contemplating returning or attempting to put it together again. These units were no problem assembling. I bought several of them at one time and then ordered two more as we were reorganizing for everyone in the household. Beware of the lack of clearance space for the hanging rod. It is too close to the assembly rod above it, making placing and removing hangers annoying. Also, if you have never used a closet storage that unzips from the bottom up...it is more time consuming to roll the fabric and fastening it to place or remove clothes. I did not realize how annoying that would be at my age. ... show more

Little bit on the flimsy side, but it’s holding up well. Do not overload the hanging rod, it’s not sturdy enough for hanging too many clothes. The style and the layout of the clothing organizer was what I was looking for, but it’s not the strongest or sturdiest I’ve ever used.

This product is good if you are hanging light clothing. I was hanging suits, shirts and jeans. the plastic started to bend after a week. the product eventually fell over and 2 of the poles were bent because of it. I had 6 pairs of jeans, 15 shirts and 5 2pcs suits hanging in it. I also had 10 watches on the top shelf in their boxes and my shoes on the bottom. it could not hold the weight of those items. ... show more

This was very easy to put together. I used a rubber hammer to ensure the pieces were super secure. I'm using one rack for a bunch of heavy winter coats and it is soooo durable. I have over 50 pounds of coats on there, and I stored some heavy bags on the top shelf. I got a second rack for things like dresses and suit jackets....again probably over 50 pounds of clothes and it is super sturdy. The cover looks great! I was afraid it would come all wrinkly, but it's completely smooth and a great thick material. Take your time assembling everything to ensure everything is even and secure. Follow the instructions step by step and you'll have absolutely no issues. VERY pleased with this rack compared to others that I've tried. ... show more

I ordered this closet 3 weeks ago. We received it and like it but the brackets for the rod that holds the clothes seemed a little short and it's difficult to hang clothes. We decided we needed another one so we ordered another one 1 week ago. This time we received longer brackets for the rod that holds the clothes.
